At OLYSSA, each candle and home fragrance product is carefully handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [olyssa.co@gmail.com] with:
    •    Your order number
    •    Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Non-Returnable Items
    •    Used or burned candles
    •    Products damaged due to improper use
    •    Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Shipping Issues

OLYSSA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
